Click Expert Review in your dashboard to access the booking system
Consultations are conducted via video call
Choose a time that works for you from available slots

What to Expect

One-on-one session with an experienced immigration specialist
Thorough review of your specific case, documents, and circumstances
Personalised advice on your visa application strategy
Answers to any questions about your process, timeline, or concerns
Duration: Typically 30-45 minutes
Follow-up notes and action items sent after the consultation

When to Book a Consultation

Before selecting a package (if you are unsure which country is right for you)
When you have questions about specific visa requirements
If your application has complications (previous visa refusals, criminal record, complex circumstances)
When you need guidance on document preparation
If you are facing a deadline and need urgent advice

Reporting Issues

If you encounter any problems during your journey, report them promptly:

1Through Luna: Chat with Luna and describe your issue. She can create a prioritised support ticket.
2Email: Send details to support@workium.co.uk with your application reference
3Dashboard: Use the support section in your dashboard

What to Include in Your Report

Your full name and application reference number
Clear, specific description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or documents
Steps you have already taken to resolve the issue
Urgency level (critical, high, normal)
Best time to contact you if a call is needed

Response Times

Critical issues (visa deadlines, embassy appointments): Priority response within 12 hours
General issues: Response within 24-48 business hours
General inquiries: Response within 48 business hours
