What IS Included in Your Package Fee

1Job Matching and Placement: Active search, application, and placement with verified employers in your destination country. This is one of the most time-intensive and valuable parts of our service.
2Employer Coordination: We liaise with employers on your behalf, handle documentation, and manage the entire employer-side process.
3Work Permit Application Processing: Preparation and submission of work permit applications through the correct legal channels.
4Legal and Immigration Support: Access to immigration legal guidance throughout your entire process.
5Documentation Support: Expert preparation, verification, and submission assistance for all required documents.
6Case Management: A dedicated caseworker assigned to your case who manages every aspect of your application.
7Dashboard Access: Full access to your personalised tracking dashboard with milestone tracker, My Dossier, and real-time updates.
8Document Review: Expert review of every document you upload, with feedback and revision guidance.
9Interview Preparation: Guidance on employer interviews, cultural expectations, and presentation.
10Pre-Departure Guidance: Comprehensive guidance on travel, accommodation, and what to expect on arrival.

What is NOT Included (You Pay Separately)

Government Visa Application Fees: Fees charged by the embassy or consulate for processing your visa application. These vary by country (typically EUR 60-200).
Biometric Appointment Fees: Fees for fingerprinting and photo capture at visa application centres.
Immigration Health Surcharge (UK only): GBP 1,035/year for UK visas.
Translation Costs: Certified translation of documents into required languages.
Apostille or Legalisation Fees: Government fees for document authentication.
Health Insurance: Required health insurance for some countries.
Medical Examination: If required by the destination country.
Travel Costs: Flights, accommodation for embassy visits, airport transfers.
Language Test Fees: IELTS, TOEFL, or other language certification costs.
Credential Evaluation Fees: NARIC, WES, or similar evaluation services.

Payment Structure

Most packages use a milestone-based payment structure:

Advance Payment: Required upfront to begin processing (this secures your place and starts the work)
Milestone Payments: Additional payments at agreed stages
Post-Payment: Final balance due upon completion of specific milestones

Paying your second installment

If you chose the 2-installment payment plan, the second installment becomes payable as soon as Workium activates your move (your application is officially under management). The second-installment button appears automatically on My Applications and on the Payments tab — no need to chase support.
