Partner Network · Accepting a Lead - What Happens Next

3 min read

You accepted a Zero Deposit lead. Here is exactly what you should do in the next 24 hours, and what Workium does automatically on your behalf.

What changes the moment you accept

The candidate's full email, phone, and last name are now visible to your agency on the Partner Network tab.
Any documents the candidate already uploaded on their personal Zero Deposit profile become viewable and downloadable.
Workium emails the candidate to confirm you are their assigned agency. The email includes your contact details.
The candidate's MyWorkiumMove dashboard updates to show your agency name.
Your acceptance is recorded for SLA and performance stats.

Your first 24 hours - what to do

1Email or call the candidate. There is a built-in 'Email candidate' button on the Lead Detail Modal that opens a pre-templated mailto: link in your default mail client. Use it.
2Confirm their programme choice and the documents they have already uploaded.
3If their existing documents need replacing, ask for the new files. The Add-as-candidate flow handles this automatically afterwards.
4Make sure the candidate understands your service fee, your payment terms, and the milestones (P1 collected when documents are accepted, P2 after visa).

When you are ready to proceed

Click 'Add as candidate' on the lead row. Workium will:

Switch you to the Zero Deposit tab
Open the Zero Deposit Agency Agreement modal pre-filled with the candidate's full name, email, phone, and nationality
Auto-attach all documents they uploaded on their personal Zero Deposit profile (passport, photo, CV, proof of financials)
Auto-select the role they expressed interest in (e.g., Warehouse Operative for Hungary)

Sign the agreement, optionally upload any extra documents, and submit. The application then moves to Workium's verification queue, the candidate's MyWorkiumMove dashboard unlocks the tracking timeline, and the candidate receives a 'Your application is now with Workium' email with CTAs to both dashboards.

What you can do at any time

Add internal notes on the candidate (visible to both your agency and to Workium admins). Use the Notes panel on the candidate detail page.
Email the candidate again - the mailto: button is always available on the lead and candidate detail.
Re-open the Zero Deposit Agency Agreement to download a copy of the signed PDF.

If things do not work out

Sometimes a candidate becomes unresponsive, fails KYC, or changes their mind. You can reject them at any time after acceptance using the 'Reject candidate' button on the candidate detail page. You must provide a reason - the candidate will see this and Workium will be notified. The programme slot is released and the candidate is automatically re-matched to another partner.
