Partner Network · Receiving and Responding to Leads

When Workium routes a candidate to your agency, you have 48 hours to accept or reject. This guide explains what information is shared, what is hidden, and how to make a confident decision quickly.

What is a lead?

A lead is a Zero Deposit candidate who has matched your jurisdiction. You see the candidate's first name (last name redacted), programme of interest, city, country, budget, an optional message, and your own service fee on this case.

Information you can see before accepting

First name and city/country
Programme they want (e.g., Hungary Work Visa D, Bulgaria Work Permit)
Whether they have a stated budget
Whether they uploaded any documents on their personal Workium profile (you can see the document names and counts, but not the actual files yet)
Their own message to you, if any
The agency service fee Workium is showing them based on your profile

Information that is hidden until acceptance

Last name
Email address and phone number (shown masked)
Document file previews and downloads

How to make a confident decision

1Click anywhere on the lead row to open the Lead Detail Modal. Review the programme summary, the candidate's filled fields, and the documents list.
2Check the deadline timer (top-right of the offer card). You have 48 hours from match time. If it expires, the offer is auto-rejected and re-matched.
3Confirm you can deliver the service in their city. If not, reject with the reason 'No coverage in this city'.
4Check your service fee on the card. If it is wrong for this programme, update your programme overrides BEFORE accepting (otherwise you are committing to that fee).

Accepting a lead

Click 'Accept lead'. Workium immediately:

Reveals the candidate's full contact details and any documents to you
Sends a confirmation email to the candidate
Emails you the unlocked details
Records the acceptance time for your SLA stats

Rejecting a lead

Click 'Reject' and pick a reason from the list (no coverage, fee mismatch, missing eligibility, other). If you pick 'Other', briefly describe the reason. We use this both to find a better next agency for the candidate AND to refine our matching for you. The candidate is NOT shown your rejection reason. They simply receive an email saying 'we are matching you with another agency'.

What if you do nothing?

After 48 hours the offer auto-expires. The candidate is re-matched, your performance acceptance rate takes a small hit, and the lead disappears from your inbox. Always respond, even with a quick rejection - it keeps your stats clean and gets the candidate to the right agency faster.

Practical tips

Reply within 24 hours wherever possible. Fast response is one of the strongest signals in our matching algorithm.
If you are unsure, accept and then politely email the candidate to confirm. You can still reject after acceptance with a reason if it turns out you can't help.
Use the popup notification banner that appears anywhere on your dashboard - it tells you the moment a new lead lands without you having to refresh.
