Partner Network · Setting Your Service Fees and Jurisdictions

3 min read

Before leads can be routed to your agency, you must declare which countries you cover and how much you charge for each Zero Deposit programme. This guide walks you through the inputs and what each field controls.

Why this matters

Your fees and jurisdictions decide which leads Workium will offer you. Candidates only see the fee after you have accepted them, so you control your own pricing - Workium does not take a cut of it.

Where to set fees and jurisdictions

Open the Partner Network tab on your agency dashboard. The setup card is at the top. You'll see four blocks:

1Jurisdictions

List every country you can deliver services in. For each country you can optionally narrow down to a list of cities. Leaving cities blank means 'any city in this country'. Use comma-separated city names. Examples:

Africa: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Accra, Nairobi, Mombasa, Kampala, Dakar, Addis Ababa, Cairo, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Lusaka, Harare, Kigali, Casablanca, Algiers, Tunis, Dar es Salaam, Maputo, Luanda, Khartoum

Asia: Manila, Cebu, Davao, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Dhaka, Colombo, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kathmandu, Tashkent, Almaty, Bishkek, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Manama, Muscat, Amman, Beirut, Baku, Tbilisi, Yerevan, Ulaanbaatar

Tips: use the city name spelled the way the candidate would write it (do not localise). Add only the cities you can deliver in; do not list a country-wide net you cannot fulfil.

2Default service fee

Set the headline fee for the most common Zero Deposit programmes. This is the amount you'll charge the candidate directly. Pick a sensible currency (EUR, GBP, or NGN). Workium recommends EUR so candidates always know how the agency fee compares to the programme cost.

3Programme overrides (optional)

If you charge differently for Hungary Work Visa D vs Bulgaria Work Permit, add an override per programme. Otherwise the default fee applies everywhere.

4Signatory details

The name and role of the person who signs the Zero Deposit Agency Agreement on every submission. Fill this in once and it auto-fills every future submission.

Accepting leads or pausing temporarily

Use the 'Accepting leads' toggle to pause without losing your profile. Workium will stop routing new leads to you until you toggle back on. Already-accepted candidates remain unaffected.

Tips for setting good fees

Be transparent. Candidates compare agencies before they apply for Zero Deposit. A vague or inflated fee makes you less competitive.
Split the fee. Workium recommends a P1 portion (when you accept and collect documents) and a P2 portion (after the employment documents are verified). The dashboard shows the breakdown for you and the candidate.
Review every 3-6 months. As your turnaround time improves, you can adjust pricing upwards.

Common mistakes to avoid

Leaving the jurisdiction blank means you will never receive a lead. You must list at least one country.
Setting the same default fee in NGN as in EUR. Always pick the right currency for each market - mismatched currencies confuse candidates and break trust.
Ignoring the signatory block. If it is empty, you'll be asked to fill it in every time you submit a candidate.
