Partner Network · Overview (Start Here)

4 min read

The Partner Network connects verified Workium partner agencies with individual candidates who want to apply for the Zero Deposit Program. This is the hub for every Partner Network guide.

Purpose of the Partner Network

The Partner Network is a two-sided marketplace inside Workium that bridges two groups of people:

1Individual candidates who have applied for the Zero Deposit Program on their personal Workium dashboard and are waiting to be matched with an agency.
2Verified partner agencies (you) who are licensed to deliver immigration and relocation services in specific countries.

Why it exists

Zero Deposit candidates only pay Workium milestone fees once their employment documents are verified, so we need trusted agencies on the ground who can collect documents, prepare the case, and submit the application via Workium. The Partner Network gives you a steady, location-matched feed of pre-screened candidates instead of you having to find them yourself.

Who can join

Any KYC-verified Workium agency that has signed the Partner Agreement. Once approved, you choose the countries you cover, the cities (optional), your default service fee per programme, and whether you want leads to flow in.

The end-to-end workflow

1Set up your network profile - declare the jurisdictions you cover, optional address, signatory details, and your default service fee per Zero Deposit programme.
2Workium matches a candidate to your agency based on location and the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You receive the offer with the candidate's first name, programme of interest, city, country, budget, and message.
3You have 48 hours to accept or reject the offer. Accepting unlocks the candidate's full contact details and any documents they uploaded. Rejecting auto-re-matches them to the next eligible agency.
4Add the accepted candidate to your Zero Deposit pipeline. If they have already uploaded passport, photo, CV, and proof of financials on their personal profile, Workium auto-attaches those documents for you - no need to ask the candidate again.
5Sign the Zero Deposit Agency Agreement and submit the application to Workium. Workium processes and verifies, and your candidate is automatically notified - their MyWorkiumMove dashboard unlocks a tracking timeline.
6Workium invoices the candidate for milestone P1 once their employment documents are received and verified. Milestone P2 is invoiced after visa issuance. You collect your agency service fee directly from the candidate.
7If things change later - candidate becomes unresponsive or KYC fails - you can reject the candidate after acceptance with a reason. We notify them and re-match.

Sub-topics in this guide

Every step above has its own detailed sub-page:

Partner Network · Setting Your Service Fees and Jurisdictions (article 71)
Partner Network · Receiving and Responding to Leads (article 72)
Partner Network · Accepting a Lead - What Happens Next (article 73)

What success looks like

You only spend time on candidates whose profiles match your country and budget.
Your agency fees are charged directly to the candidate by you, not by Workium.
Your acceptance rate, average response time, and successful applications are tracked privately and shown to Workium admins. Strong performance gets you priority on new leads.

Where to find each control

Partner Network tab on the agency dashboard: leads, accepted candidates, and your fees.
Zero Deposit tab: every application you have submitted to Workium for processing, including the auto-attached candidates.
Messages tab: direct messaging with Workium and (once accepted) with the candidate.
