Add a Finland candidate via the standard Add Candidate form — same as every other country. After saving, an 'Action Required' badge appears so you can sign the Pre-Application Agreement on the candidate's behalf.
Overview
Finland is the only Workium country that requires a signed agency-version Pre-Application Agreement BEFORE we open the case. The flow has been redesigned: there is no longer a separate 'Add Finland Candidate' button — Finland is now part of the standard Add Candidate experience.
From the Candidates tab, click 'Add Candidate'. Fill in their details and pick 'Finland' as the target country. Save.
Your new candidate now sits in the Candidates table with an amber 'Action required' badge and a 'Complete Application →' button in the Pipeline column.
Click 'Complete Application'. The agency-version agreement opens with the candidate's details pre-filled. Read it end to end, type the authorised signatory's full legal name as the e-signature, tick the consent boxes, and submit. A Workium-branded PDF is generated and emailed to your agency along with the signed copy.
Nothing today. Milestone-triggered: €1,600 after the candidate's Finnish contract is verified, then €2,800 after the Temporary Residence Card arrives. Total €4,400.
No problem — the badge stays on the candidate's row. You can resume the agreement at any time. The 'Complete Finland Application →' CTA in your welcome email also deep-links straight back into the modal.
