Document Upload Guide

My Dossier is your secure document management system within the Workium dashboard. Uploading your documents correctly and promptly is one of the most important things you can do to speed up your application.

How to Upload

1Log in to your dashboard at https://workium.co.uk/login
2Navigate to the My Dossier section from the sidebar
3View your personalised document checklist (tailored to your country and visa type)
4Click on the document type you want to upload
5Select your file from your device
6Wait for the upload to complete (you will see a confirmation)
7The document is now queued for review

File Requirements

Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, JPEG
Maximum file size: 10MB per document
Documents must be clear, legible scans (use a scanner app on your phone if you do not have a physical scanner)
Colour scans are required (not black and white)
All pages of multi-page documents must be included in a single file
No watermarks, annotations, or editing of original documents

Document Checklist (Common Items)

Your checklist is personalised based on your selected country and visa type. Common documents include:

Passport bio page (clear colour scan)
Recent passport-sized photographs (digital copies)
CV in the required format (PDF)
Highest educational certificate and transcript
Work experience reference letters (from all relevant employers)
Police clearance certificate from your home country
Medical certificate (if required for your destination)
Bank statements (last 3-6 months)
Language test results (IELTS, TOEFL, etc. if required)

Document Review Process

After you upload a document:

1Status changes to Pending Review
2Your caseworker reviews the document (typically within 2-3 business days)
3Status updates to one of:
Approved: Document meets requirements. No further action needed.
Needs Revision: Document has an issue. You will receive specific feedback on what needs to be fixed.
Under Review: Document is still being reviewed (may need additional verification).
4If revision is needed, fix the issue and re-upload the corrected version

Tips for Successful Uploads

1Upload documents as soon as they are ready - do not wait until you have everything
2Ensure scans are high quality with all text clearly readable
3Check that all pages are included and in the correct order
4Name your files descriptively (e.g., Passport_John_Smith.pdf)
5Respond to revision requests within 24 hours for fastest processing
6If you are unsure about a document, upload it anyway and let our team advise
7Keep original physical documents safe - you may need them for embassy visits
