Agency MOU and Partnership Terms

All Workium agency partnerships are governed by a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the terms, responsibilities, and benefits of the partnership.

MOU Key Terms

Partnership Duration: Typically 12 months, automatically renewable unless either party gives notice
Territory: Your operating region and target market
Markup Model: Workium does NOT pay commission. Agencies set their own markup on top of Workium's published service fees and keep 100% of that markup
Exclusivity: Whether the partnership is exclusive or non-exclusive for your territory
Responsibilities: Clearly defined obligations for both Workium and the agency partner
Termination: Conditions under which the partnership can be terminated by either party

Agency Partner Responsibilities

Source and pre-screen candidates before submission
Submit accurate and complete assessment information
Assist candidates with document collection and preparation
Maintain professional communication with candidates
Comply with local regulations and immigration laws
Represent the Workium brand professionally
Meet minimum volume commitments (if applicable)
Remit Workium's published fee on the agreed milestone schedule

Workium Responsibilities

Provide employer matching and job placement services
Process work permit applications through legal channels
Offer legal and immigration support throughout each case
Maintain and improve the Agency Dashboard platform
Provide training, onboarding, and marketing support
Publish transparent service fees per country so you can build accurate quotes for your clients
Regular communication and partnership updates

KYC Requirements

Before partnership activation, agencies must complete KYC:

Company registration documents (certificate of incorporation or equivalent)
Director identification (passport or national ID of company directors)
Business address verification (utility bill or bank statement)
Operating licence (if required in your jurisdiction)
Business reference or track record evidence
