Tracking Your Document Delivery
Once your employment documents are ready to be sent, Workium tracks their journey and keeps you updated by email and on your dashboard, so you always know where they are.
The three delivery stages
Where to see it
Agencies can follow the tracker for each candidate under the Pipeline tab. Individuals can see it under My Dossier. Every card shows the current stage, a full timeline of updates, and an estimated delivery date where available.
Estimated delivery dates
Where possible, we add an estimated delivery date. Please treat this as a guide rather than a guarantee: delivery timelines are set by the courier and are outside Workium's control.
Emails
At each stage we email you (agencies are emailed for their candidates), with a link that takes you straight to your dashboard to view the latest status.
