About This Role

As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of our client services, leading complex immigration cases from initial assessment through to successful visa approval. You will work directly with professionals seeking to relocate to the UK and Europe, providing expert guidance on visa routes, document requirements, and application strategies. This role combines deep technical immigration knowledge with exceptional client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of 50+ active immigration cases across UK Skilled Worker, Global Talent, EU Blue Card, and other visa categories
  • Conduct comprehensive eligibility assessments and develop tailored immigration strategies for each client
  • Prepare, review, and quality-check all visa applications, supporting documents, and cover letters before submission
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex cases, liaising with immigration authorities, employers, and legal partners
  • Mentor and provide ongoing training to junior immigration consultants, conducting regular case reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Stay current with immigration law changes, Home Office policy updates, and EU regulations through continuous professional development
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates, and best practices to improve team efficiency
  • Handle escalated client concerns and complex scenarios requiring senior-level expertise

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UK and/or European immigration consulting with demonstrated success in case management
  • OISC Level 2 or 3 certification, CILEX qualification, or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK immigration routes including Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Scale-up, Graduate, and family visas
  • Strong understanding of EU immigration pathways, particularly for major destination countries (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain)
  • Proven track record of high approval rates and successful handling of complex or refused cases
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
  • Experience with case management systems and immigration software platforms
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Arabic) highly valued
