About This Role

Drive the growth of our partner network across Africa and the Middle East, connecting recruitment agencies and immigration consultants with European opportunities. You will identify, engage, and onboard high-potential partners, building relationships that create value for all parties. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on building connections and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our agency partner network in target markets across Africa and the Middle East
  • Identify and qualify prospective partners through research, networking, outreach, and industry events
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and partnership agreement signing
  • Conduct partner onboarding, including platform training, process documentation, and initial support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, provide regular business reviews, and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-focused content, case studies, and promotional materials
  • Represent Workium at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events in target regions
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, industry trends, and partner needs to inform strategy
  • Work closely with operations and client success teams to ensure partners receive excellent support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or business development roles with proven quota attainment
  • Strong existing network within the recruitment, immigration, or staffing industries in Africa and/or Middle East
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment agency business model and challenges in emerging markets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for partner meetings, events, and conferences
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, Swahili, or other regional languages highly valued
  • Cultural awareness and ability to build trust with partners from diverse backgrounds
