About This Role

As a Junior Immigration Assistant, you will support our senior consultants with case preparation, document management, and client communications while developing the expertise to handle cases independently over time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with document collection, verification, and organization for visa applications across multiple immigration categories
  • Prepare initial case assessments and eligibility checklists based on client information and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our case management system
  • Draft routine correspondence, follow-up emails, and status update communications to clients
  • Research immigration requirements, processing times, and document specifications for different countries and visa types
  • Support senior consultants with complex case preparation, including compiling supporting evidence and reference materials
  • Assist with quality control processes, checking applications for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Handle routine client inquiries via email and chat, escalating complex questions to senior team members
  • Contribute to the development of internal resources, templates, and process documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Law, International Relations, Business, or related fields preferred but not required)
  • Strong interest in immigration law, international mobility, and helping people achieve their career goals abroad
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Previous experience in administrative, legal, or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • Right to work in the UK or EU (we provide visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates)
