Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain features for our client-facing relocation management platform and internal operations tools
• •Build and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability
• •Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver polished features
• •Implement responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies
• •Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code following best practices and coding standards
• •Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions
• •Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions
• •Integrate with third-party services including payment processors, document verification APIs, and communication platforms
• •Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand)
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of software security best practices, authentication systems, and data protection
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Linear)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
