About This Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the trusted guide for our clients throughout their entire relocation journey. From the moment they sign up until they are settled in their new country, you will ensure they have an exceptional experience. This role requires empathy, organization, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of the most exciting transitions of their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of 100+ clients, building strong relationships through proactive communication
  • Conduct onboarding calls to understand client needs, set expectations, and create personalized relocation timelines
  • Monitor client progress through our platform, proactively identifying potential delays or issues before they become problems
  • Coordinate between clients, immigration consultants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Provide regular status updates, answer questions, and offer guidance on relocation-related concerns (housing, banking, healthcare)
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
  • Develop and maintain client success resources, FAQs, and self-service documentation
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy, working to find solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to client retention strategies and identify opportunities for upselling additional services

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles in a professional services environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and project management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to think creatively and advocate for client needs
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese) strongly preferred
  • Understanding of or genuine interest in immigration processes and international relocation
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across different time zones
