Payment and Commission Structure

Agency partners operate on a revenue-sharing model with Workium. The specific terms, commission rates, and payment schedules are outlined in your partnership MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).

Commission Overview

Commission is earned on each successfully placed candidate
Rates vary based on your partnership tier and volume
Higher placement volumes unlock better commission rates
Commission is calculated on the package fee, not government charges

Invoice Management

View all invoices in the Invoices section of your Agency Dashboard
Invoices are automatically generated for each candidate placement
Download invoices as PDF for your accounting records
Track payment status: Pending, Paid, Overdue
Filter and search invoices by date, status, or candidate

Payment Methods

Bank transfer (preferred for larger amounts)
Online payment portal

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your MOU (typically NET 14 or NET 30 days)
Ensure timely payment to maintain your partnership status
Late payments may affect your partnership tier
